OVID OVPQ Particulars Editor is a program for managing your vessel fleet. It was designed by The Oil Companies International Marine Forum (OCIMF). This program displays the list of all the vessels registered in your OVID account in its Home page. This program can run offline and does not need an Internet connection to edit OVPQ documents that are already downloaded.
